FOUNDER, TRAUMA THERAPY, COACHING, NEUROFEEDBACK
Stephanie Marie Keuhn
As a dedicated neurofeedback therapist, my passion lies in helping individuals reconnect with themselves, fostering healing on a deep, transformative level. I founded my practice to bridge the gap between traditional mental health approaches and the unique needs of diverse populations, with a special focus on mind, body, and spirit integration. My commitment is to creating an inclusive, compassionate space where every client feels seen, heard, and valued.
With a master’s degree in counseling psychology and as a PhD candidate in clinical psychology with a focus on transpersonal healing, I bring an integrative approach to my work. I specialize in intergenerational trauma and have extensive experience working with refugees and individuals from marginalized communities.
M.A. Counseling Psychology | Ph.D Candidate Clinical Psychology | Certified Neurofeedback Therapist
My practice recognizes that trauma and emotional challenges can be passed down through generations, and I am dedicated to addressing these complexities in a way that honors each client’s unique experiences and cultural background.
I incorporate evidence-based modalities and advanced microcurrent neurofeedback technology to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Complex PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders. This non-invasive method enhances brain function and helps clients regain balance and control in their lives.
By embracing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical health, my approach provides a nurturing environment where clients can explore their inner world and embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery. When needed, I also address the systemic barriers that impact mental health, offering tailored support to those who may have experienced marginalization, while ensuring that everyone feels welcome and supported in their healing process. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or seeking to enhance your overall well-being, I would like to support you.

TRAUMA THERAPY
Christen ‘Z’ Zoccolante
Originally from Hawaii, Z is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 10 years of experience in trauma therapy, somatic bodywork, and cognitive processing. Specializing in trauma and addiction recovery, she integrates cognitive and creative modalities with brain-based techniques such as CRM, EMDR, and Brainspotting. Z’s goal is to guide clients through the challenges that keep them stuck in trauma loops and outdated narratives.
Z is also the author of Throwing Up Rainbows and its accompanying study guide, which supports eating disorder recovery. Her passion for empowering others to cultivate freedom, happiness, and wholeness is reflected in this work, offering clients a pathway to healing through deeper self-awareness and self-compassion.
Her approach is focused on uncovering the core causes of emotional pain, stress, and dysregulation, allowing for profound and transformative healing.
M.A. | LMFT | Ph.D Candidate
Through her extensive training in brain-based therapies, Z supports the neurobiological processes necessary to clear outdated beliefs and activate deeper healing. She also incorporates body connection into the therapeutic process through art, writing, dreamwork, and parts work, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their inner world.
Z believes that healing is deeply personal and intersectional. She acknowledges the diverse identities and experiences that shape each individual’s journey, including systemic challenges. By recognizing the interplay of race, gender, culture, and socioeconomic factors, Z strives to create an inclusive and empowering environment where clients can embrace their full potential and achieve lasting change.

NEUROFEEDBACK PROVIDER, COACHING, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Shahnaz Mouhamou
Shahnaz’s journey has evolved from over 15 years of international public policy and strategic communications work to something much more personal and transformative: healing. As a certified Direct Neurofeedback practitioner, she helps clients reset their neural pathways, releasing unhealthy patterns that lead to anxiety, trauma, and stress. This method offers a non-invasive, powerful way for the brain to regain its natural balance, and Shahnaz has seen firsthand how this work can create profound changes in both mental and physical well-being.
While she is proud of her work in policy, especially co-leading Canada’s first intersectional Feminist Foreign Policy, the toll it took on her mental health during the pandemic was undeniable.
Certified Direct Neurofeedback Practitioner | Coach
Confronting burnout and trauma pushed her toward her own healing journey, revealing that conventional approaches alone weren’t enough. As a Muslim woman of color, she found that neurofeedback, combined with a holistic, intersectional approach, was the missing piece in her healing process.
Now, Shahnaz is dedicated to using her expertise to guide others through their own healing, helping them rediscover resilience and peace, whether they face personal trauma, anxiety, or deep-rooted stress. For her, this work goes beyond therapy—it’s about empowering others to heal in a way that honors their unique identity and experiences.
